Prestige Prisma Pro 750W 5 Jars Mixer Grinder, 3 Stainless Steel Jars, 1 Multi Utility Jar, 1 Juice Jar, 6 Efficient Blades, Black & Silver + Prestige 1.5L PMC 3.0 Plus Multi Kettle / Multi Cooker

Care and Instructions

Please keep these important points in mind while using your Prestige Mixer Grinder.

1. Before the first use and if using after a long time, please check to see if the motor shaft rotates smoothly, and also the jars should be checked for free movement.
2. The blades are sharp, so handle carefully while cleaning.
3. To get the most from your Prestige Mixer Grinder, plan out your schedule in advance. Give dry grinding jobs priority over wet grinding jobs. Combine jobs to reduce the necessity for repeated cleaning.
4. In dry grinding, the jar may get heated up due to friction. This is nothing to do with the motor and is quite natural. Your jar will cool down with time.
5. It is normal for the mixer grinder to get a little discolored, especially when used with items like turmeric. To avoid this, make sure that items like turmeric do not come in contact with the mixer body.
6. Do not run the mixer grinder for more than 5 minutes continuously. Give a gap of 2 minutes if you need to use for more time

Care and Instructions

• This appliance cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in scalding injury. Make certain the unit is properly closed before operating. See “Operating Instructions.
• Do not fill the unit over 2/3 full. When cooking foods that expand during cooking such as rice or dried vegetable, do not fill the unit over 1/2 full. Overfilling may cause a risk of clogging the vent tube (vent pipe) and developing excess pressure.
• Do not open the pressure cooker until the unit has cooled and internal pressure has been reduced. If the handles of the body and lid are difficult to push apart, this indicates that the cooker is still pressurized. Do not use force to open the cooker. The pressure remaining in the cooker can be dangerous.
• After the normal cooking pressure has been reached, reduce the heat to just above the sim position so that all the liquid inside the cooker which creates the steam, does not evaporate. Ensure the handles are tight. If found loose please tighten the same before use. For safe pressure cooking, cracked, broken, or charred handles should be replaced immediately.
• It is recommended to replace with a genuine Mini Metallic safety plug (Fusible safety relief device) and gasket after one year of everyday use for safe cooking.
• Do not dry heat the Pressure Cooker. It may lead to the fusing of the safety plug, bulging of the body base, and separation of the Induction base / Cladded base thereby damaging the Cooker. Do not put the pressure cooker inside the dishwasher for washing.
